Our Story
The Terrace Child Development Centre was started by a small group of concerned parents and community members. The Child Development Centre has been serving children and families in Terrace and area since 1974. Our Eby street location opened September of 1977. The downtown location called Park Centre opened in 2000.
Service Delivery Area
The Terrace Child Development Centre supports children and families in Terrace, Kitimat, Stewart and the Nisga’a Nation. We are fortunate to work with the Kitimat Child Development Centre who supports children and families in Kitimat.
